Not like they could play for National selection, not like a footballer they could leave the A League and try the EP or La Liga, or for RU try and make the Wallabies or All Blacks, or the Kangaroos for RL. Once they got picked for those firsts teams that wa sthe pinnacle for them. Easy to see why they would get bored
