Just curious, have you got a link to Auskick being included in overall membership numbers?pussycat wrote: Fri Aug 03, 2018 9:30 amI note this is the first year that any juniors, who play Auskick are included in the membership numbersSounds pretty desperate. Even if the news has been just window dressing I guess they did need something positive in whats been a very bad year.

$180! That's more than some memberships!Beaussie wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 6:55 amJust curious, have you got a link to Auskick being included in overall membership numbers?pussycat wrote: Fri Aug 03, 2018 9:30 amI note this is the first year that any juniors, who play Auskick are included in the membership numbersSounds pretty desperate. That aside my nephews Auskick registration this year was from memory $180 and only provided access to 3 Swans games as a Red Rookie.
Lol paying membersNlolRL wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 12:41 pmI'm not sure anyone takes the full membership tally seriously for any sport. I mean the tigers have 100k members yet simply cannot seat them all given the MCC makes up nearly a third of the MCG. Essendon have 76k members yet their home ground only seats 56k.
Everyone knows a large proportion of the memberships are for a few games. However, they are still paying members who support their club financially
I couldnt care less who they count as long as memberships translate to money to the clubs and crowds attending games. You guys get so stuck on such trivial mattersAFLcrap1 wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 12:59 pmLol paying membersNlolRL wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 12:41 pmI'm not sure anyone takes the full membership tally seriously for any sport. I dont care if he's lying out his anus. Memberships provide money, and we are over 3 times the NRLTerry wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 1:31 pm

They simply cannot be compared pal. Different cities, different pricing, different mindset for memberships. Unless of course a Rugby League club has more members than an AFL club and then I will compare it. That's the way it rolls around here.NlolRL wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 1:38 pmI dont care if he's lying out his anus. memberships result in crowds and revenue, something that's easily compared for both compsTerry wrote: Sat Aug 04, 2018 1:42 pmThey simply cannot be compared pal.
