Are you serious, the SOO crowd had a huge interstate travell factor (at least a third if not more http://www.premier.vic.gov.au/victoria- ... melbourne/. There was also the novelty factor, no one talks about rl 9's in Melb, if the Vic Gov is going after it then its only to fill hotel spaces. Its not a sign of growth of thebgame in Victoria.
