The unusual release adds to fans’ options with seated tickets still available for the game from $35. But they are running out fast with around 5000 tickets left for purchase.
The do-or-die clash could see attendance push past the 46,000-mark at the minor premiers’ spiritual home for only the second time ever.
The crowd could challenge the record for an AFL match at the SCG of 46,168 for the Swans v Geelong (round 22, 1997) when Tony Lockett kicked five goals.

Organizations always claim sellouts and then you see empty seats.

Just look at the Giants matches. They have claimed sellouts a few times this year and still empty seats can be seen.
