And tonight state of origin pipped the west coast eagles vs Melbs in an AFL final for the best ever crowd at optus oval in Perth.

And watch the bulk of fans, disappear with bulk of people never to care about league againpussycat wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 9:25 amBiggest crowd ever - pouring rain - WOW - doesn't take much.
Nice dummy spit Freddy. Bit touchy pal!!!!!Fred wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 11:23 amIt’s so obvious that WA is a rl State going by that crowd. The sooner they get a team (he’ll why not a couple) the better for these league starved sand gropers.

The numbers don’t lie Wookie. Rugby league stand at the top of the table, the best ever crowd to turn up at west coasts home groundThe_Wookie wrote: Tue Jun 25, 2019 12:42 amProbably not, given the way West Coast memberships are sold and stadium ticketing arrangements for AFL matches are vastly different, but whatever floats your boat.King-Eliagh wrote: Mon Jun 24, 2019 8:34 pmJeez, AFL boys just chill the fukk down...and repeat after me.
Ahem.... State of Origin is more important to attend than a west coast Aussie rules home finals game in Perth

It seems nothing in fumble land "tell's the full story". Unless of course if its a fumble zealot trying to explain away RL's latest success.The_Wookie wrote: Tue Jun 25, 2019 10:43 amThese numbers dont fell the full story though.
Origin doesnt have the same issue as West Coast for example, which has a waiting list of thousands for memberships and then theres the reserved seating issues, which means that the tickets to a match are sold, even if the person doesnt turn up. Its the same reason the MCG very rarely gets to capacity - MCC and AFL reserved seat members not turning up.
