So yeh ban them .
If this was a fumble club in melderp then it would prob never reach the public
Gota get past the multiple defence barriers of the AFlol
A.Compliant media...nope we can't report on that
B.the Vic police look after AFL & its players .
C.if the above defences are breached ...then Gilty will give a nod & wink for the hush money to keep things quiet .
Lets not forget the secret 'Memorandum Of Understanding' the AFL had with the Victorian Police.
https://www.smh.com.au/national/AFL-dep ... 16hdq.html
Here's a couple of the main points of the MOU:
'The AFL's secret police deal on league identities made the sporting body a criminal investigator and urged police to stay quiet about it.'
'The uncensored contract, obtained by AAP on Tuesday, states that Victoria Police could not comment on its own investigations into any AFL player, coach, board member or even staff without consulting the league.'
'The police-AFL "relationship" was struck so both could investigate "any criminal activity that would be prejudicial to the interests of the AFL", the contract says.'
'The AFL are basically given the role of deputy sheriff," he told AAP on Tuesday.
He said the "gag clause" also appears to have silenced an officer's freedom to speak publicly solely to protect corporate interests.'
Interesting stuff. And now we have self confessed hush money in play. The NRL has undoubtedly had a horrendous off season of player behaviour but at least we bring everything out into the open & hold people and clubs accountable.
The AFL on the other hand are the kings of deception, cover-ups, obfuscation and out and out lies.
