NRL betting scandal!!

Just when you thought the NRL couldn't get anymore bad publicity, player betting rears its ugly head. 3 players suspended as well as game officials - don't mind so much if players bet on own team but does look very suspicious when they back against themselves, either way rules are rules and these players / officials should have known better. Just another way of bringing the whole brand of NRL into disrepute - nice one lads!!

I guess the wolfman thought by backing himself to score tries then that would be ok. Don't they make enough money as an NRL player!
