Representitive rl couldn't even muster 4k to the only rl match in Sydney - City vs country.
The whole of Sydney couldn't muster the same crowd as a good VFL, WAFL, SANFLor TAFL match.
What a pathetic joke.

it was played at Coffs Harbour ..... not Sydney

Seems the nRL tried to gouge the people of the country rather than give back to them. $50 for an open air ticket is insane, and the nRL should be ashamed. You could learn a thing or two from the AFL about engaging with country areas:

All were just NAB cup trial games, and all had bigger crowds than your rep gougathon.

Yes, that was a pathetic turnout but we have better ones.
Well the VFL, WAFL, SANFL, TFL and NEAFL all have better representive games as well.
The East Fremantle Vs South Fremantle derby still manages to get up to 15k.

the Raiders & Dogs left town with not a penny of this in their pockets ...

the Scum.... in Orange ... rode into town the day before ... played their trial
& left the day after with $150,000 of rate payers money in their coffers ...... while struggling local vicky kicky clubs looked on

NRL clearly fucked over! And you got anything more recent than a youtube posting 10 + yrs ago? If thats ur best you've got - where's your links to back up this 80k to rep games? Coll v Ess will get that + in one game on ANZAC day + 20+ in nz with Swans v St.Kilda. More rubbish from the buggery boys from the NRL handball league!
