it looks like the only increase for the VFL GF was the extra 300K Sydneysiders who tuned in this year as a result of the Swines playing
what happened to those extra 400K odd pay TV veiwers who'd been there for every game

The second is pure fact when regional tams ratings are added. Think TV only use 4 regional markets and even state they exclude tasmania, and obviously exclude regional WA.

Here are the ratings for the prelim finals for Tasmania and regional WA showing they rated near 180k. And guess what, the AFL GF rated double the prelims! Therefore you can pretty much add 350k! =D> =D> =D> =D>

The NRL GF lost when Tasmania and wa are added. The AFL presentation rated far higher than the NRL. What's the problem?

tasmania alone rated 150k last year. Together wa and tas rated 150k for the prelim. What does that add for the GF? Nothing?

Seriously, the AFL won the metro ratings easy. The NRL crew sook about including regionals but then are only happy if they include 4 NRL regional markets and 1 AFL. When we ask to include the other two they cry foul
