Now that the international threads have been moved here, how do we go about keeping a tally of the countries where one code rules over the other in the battle of the codes overseas? A sticy thread? Suggestions?

Yes a running sticky would be a good idea. I can keep score as they are ticked off and confirmed as ARs or RL.
