Gallop vs Demetriou --- Who would win?
In a good ol fashioned punchup?
Going by Beaussies new avatar which depicts Demetriou as an unfit podgey middle aged four eyed gherkin with it's fists clenched in a very awkward stance, I'd have to say the lean, fit, rangey leader of the NRL, David Gallop, would knock ol tub 'o custard belly out with the first punch.
Seriously though, the AFL needs to think about what sort of an image Demetriou presents in front of supporters and aspiring players of the code! Presentation counts and all I see at the pinnacle of the AFL is a fat greedy mess of a man. Surely he could go to the gym from time to time and work on his physique a little like the NRL's Gallop?

TLPG wont you be a dandy ol fellow and bend over in front of me there will you?" "Sure Truthslayer...let me just get these braces off. Oh look! I spotted a full blood down there in my shorts!"*

So far it's two to Gallop, one to Demetiou. Although IMO the one vote for Demetriou failed to provide an adequate reason why he might get up in the stoush.

The tables have turned a little here. It's two all and Beaussie has provided a fairly decent point. Those spectacles are very breakable and that jaw looks awful glassy

Although relaxed in this shot Gallop obviously has taken care of himself and has a fairly lean wiry physique as I suggested
But Demetriou on the other hand has really let himself go. Gallop's got the goods in my book - Raiders right ol Vlad/custard guts would be faaar too slow [/i]
