Jeer Jeer the dead and the tripe

Post by Scorger Man »

McViegh - What were you doing in the 4th quarter?? Where were you imagining you were? Having a casual stroll around Centenial Park?? Why did you hand ball the ball 30 metres for a point that WCE ended up winning by??
Goodes - Where were you in the 4th quarter?? Did you have a meeting you needed to attend so you left at 3 quarter time??
Everitt - How do you like Sydney?? Did you enjoy yourself on Saturday night?? Did you by any chance manage to catch the game between the Swans and the WCE?? I didn't spot you at the game, you must have been tied up hey??

All the hype, all the build up, all the controversy in the WCE camp and they still get over the line?? SHAME, SHAME, SHAME. Lets go through some of the WCE players or lack of players then,

Embley - Norm Smith Medalist, didn't play
Cousins - enough said, obciously didn't play
Cox - the size man in the ruck - didn't play

This would all be understandable if the game was played at Subiaco, the WCE's house of pain, but in the Swans own backyard?? In front of 60 thousand odd spectators who would have been mainly Swans fans??

Personally I couldn't give a fuck whether it was 1 point or 10 points, the fact is that the Swans should have smashed WCE and they obviously haven't got the stones to do so. Are they too concerned about being the good guys of the competition who rehabilitate fallen saints?? Are they just happy to fly under the radar being anonimous to most Sydney folk so if they play shit it doesn't matter because no one knows who they are anyway?? So many questions, not enough insults....

PS. It might be time again for the Swans and the Tigers to battle it out for 9th place on the ladder come September

I was so upset to see McVeigh tackled by Kerr. Where was the talk to let him know how close Kerr was. Inaccuracy in front of goal hurt too. And why does Sydney continue to start the season so slow. Our first half was abysmal.

Considering the players out for the Eagles and all the controversy surrounding the club in the lead up, Sydney should have won easily. Oh well onto round 2 against the Tigers. Surely Sydney can beat Richmond.

The Swans had their opportunities to come from behind, but as usual, left it till the last minute.

Next game is against Richmond, lets see what happens then..
