So you dont respect police use of violence #-o . No you're telling us all you'd prefer the police 'force' to apprehend a bloke who's belting a blind man to death by standing a good distance from the violence and saying "please sir, we are a civilised society that does not condone violence in any way. If you continue you will be "respected by noone" "

:(/

Crap1 were u growing up in the flowerpower days of the 60's spending copious amounts of time trippin on acid by any chance? Peace and love and rainbows are lovely but I'm afraid life on earth just aint quite that pretty my lil fella ;) And it never has been since day dot ;) ;)

The cops don't need to use violence to do their job. I don't condone or respect those that do. They have capsicum spray and so forth and that should suffice. The most physical they should get is the cuffing procedure and getting the criminal into the back of the divvy van.

Violence breeds violence, Eliagh. That's what you don't understand and it proves that you are a mentally deficient lame brain!

Ok I'll say it again swines ya big floundering lump of brainless lard. Quote where i suggest that a physical response is NEEDED in EVERY SITUATION? Again you have led with a completely false statement, making the rest of your trash unworthy of a response until you validate your opening (and false) statement.

You sir, are completely at a loss to argue against my point so you come out wish some wish wash bullshitey blanket statement which you pretent I made.

sorry swines but I am completely put off by the faeces oozing in your posts.

Answer my question. Biatch

:\:
A massive majority of all RL fights occur when someone has wrongfully provoked another and the refs have either not seen or not punished the player appropriately. This is when we all as citizens have the right to respond to respect our dignity and to, to a degree, uphold the rights of citizens to defend against wrongdoing.
So again you were arguing that PROVOCATION alone entitles someone to dish out what ever they feel - well sorry if you don't want to be misunderstood be more specific - provocation is not a defence it is a matter of mitigation - if you don't believe me look it up. I'm not going to waste my time your just putting shit out to get a reaction. Be your own bitch!
Me more specific? I'm not the clown who's been spewing up broad illegitimate brushstroke statements, you are. But in your post above finally, finally you've been specific and somewhat valid. Provocation, depending on the type of provocation, is definitely grounds for retaliation and self defence. I dont care what your stoopid law says, billy was let off scot free by the authorities, and rightly so!!!

You're my lil bitch in this case swinesy boy. Admit it. Admit it in a one liner if you please
You can be provoked by words - you can walk in and see your wife with another man- you can be provoked with a hand gesture - again provocation is not the same as being in fear of assault or danger to one self - perhaps you should care what the law says, otherwise you might just be standing in the dock one day because you were too stupid to know the difference! Pro vacation is not grounds to use physical force - it's not grounds to take the law into your own hands. It does however give explanation as I said it can reduce murder to manslaughter and be relevant on sentence. As for Billy it's totally hypothetical and is a different issue! Again be ur own bitch!

Oh dear. The one with a slightly higher IQ than crap1 steps in as though he's a friggin genius.

Ahhh you think I dont know this shite? That provocation comes in differert forms? Seriously! :(/

Violence is sometimes a very appropriate response, as I, Billy and the English police force have proven. Unfortunately the AFL's policy is far from recognising this and as such, quite a backward, dysfunctional policy.

Come on swinesey hit me with something more than a wet lettuce leaf will ya!

Isnt a topic now! Is that what you've come to to defend your whipped black and blue hide swines??

The law says Billy deserves to be free. In fact the law says - Billy, after clocking that vile pom who thinks he can go round bitch slapping whomever he wishes, yes the law says that post retaliation Billy could lay charges if he wished.

That's what the law of your Queens country says swines so stick that up your whipped black and blue behind and shhhmoke it!

I think you need to bow down and admit utter domination in this one swines. It's the only way you can save face from here on in. Dont go down the path crapper has done. Please dont :)

What the fuck are you on about????? I have said numerous times that the Police obviously held the view self defence was available to billy - what I said further is what constitutes SELF DEFENCE - you keep cramping on about being provoked which is COMPLETELY different - I don't know what your saying you've whipped me on as I have just re-states the SAME position and your taking that as a sign of some victory - like I said I don't fucking care - if you want to put your opinion into action feel free to belt whom ever annoys you but don't blame me if you end up in the dock! You are arguing in circles bringing in bullying etc etc and then justifying belting someone on a footy field! 3am in the morning with some arse wanting to have a go is a lot different to Tate was intimidating me so I (Paul Gallen) want to teach him a lesson - that's where this thread is really misguided as are you! Fuck sake!

Teacher (after class in private)- "Adam, did you hit johnny behind the sheds?"

Adam - "Nah, i did nothin"

Teacher - "Are you sure"

Adam - "Yes"

Teacher - "You're lying. Report to the principal's office right now. We don't allow bullying in this school"

THAT is the correct procedure, Eliagh! So go and get help yourself for this animalistic attitude you have!
:(/ This kinda sums up our crap1. The reactionary village idiot

Crap1, lemme give you a hypothetical to mull over. What if Johnny was the one who was lying? And is it fair to lock lil adam up in the principal's office with no definitive proof apart from lil johnny's word?

I think that'll take you about ten years, or perhaps much longer for you to come back to me with an intelligent response on that one so in the mean time, why not purchase and eat a bag of jellybeans? The sweet flavours are just delicious
Three hits would leave a mark or some sort of visible injury, you mentally deficient fool! That's proof!

Anyway, I would rather this than your alternative because it stops the violence. But you didn't think of that did you? Noooooo..... because you WANT Adam to be violent!! And you WANT Jimmy to be violent!! A civil society wants to stop the violence, and that's the best way to go about it.
3 hits to the stomach wouldnt leave shite. And three primary school boys hits rarely break the skin you stoopid twat.

What I want is acknowledgement that violence is something we must use in society from time to time and, appropriate use of violence is respected by all and sundry.

Here 'ave a lil gander at this legend sticking up for his girlfriend. Appropriate violence teaching wankers a lesson which they otherwise wouldnt learn. As the commentator says "he's out to show these guys that chivalry is not dead" :thumbleft:

I also want you tools to acknowledge that violence wont be leaving society until sometime shortly after our sun explodes. Gottit my wankers?
A pack of bogans fist fighting to a cheering crowd is KEs idea of chivalry.......

No it's not, and if you think it is then you've proven once and for all how mentally deficient you really are.

You accept that punches solve problems. I say they don't, never have and never will. You're a fricking bully lover, and that's the biggest crime of the lot.
