Oh dear . Same insane rant on an endless loop
Two different games
Have been for over a century .
You need help
Both rugby’s
Same size field, score line and goal posts
Can’t pass forward and throw side ways
As pointless as it is league even has a scrum like Union they are as close as two sporting codes can get

One is popular world wide & other is remotely popular where union is
League was invented in England ripping off a gamenunion a far more popular game in Europe

AFL was developed in in a small country and onlynwith the advancement of technology in the internet and a few exhibition games had a chance to display it self to the world!

Something like this would be far beyond the capacity for you to understand
Displaying itself to the world and everyone is still rejecting it even with the internet.

Still no AFL professional club outside Australia :(/

Still embarrassments and no interest with China exhibition matches.
The irony is how league has so little! Look at Union the bigger brother of the game
Then the rip off version league! :)))

I was expecting a retort of something like “and that’s why he wrote science fiction”
🚽 thinks he is a historian and a captain cludo
His version is right and everyone else’s version is wrong.
You can quote someone straight from the league history book, because your an AFL fan it’s automatically a lie

Lol
When shown how little AFL is internationally
It's straight back to the RU rant
The endless loop

Stop comparing Ru to RL .
No RL fan on here is comparing them .
A post was made about how AFL was going .
So stick to the topic .
This is about Rl V AFL
All you have is deflective rants on to another sport .
All that does is highlight how bad AFL is internationally .

Who is it embarrassing to? I ask as I personally don’t care at all but maybe you know some fans of AFL who think it is. More fool then I say.

Anyways the point it the English don't have any interest in AFL despite Victorias best efforts.
But somehow we like their sports and so does New Zealand who rejected AFL just like England did.

Well who would care outside Australia about Australian rules. Seriously, who cares about any game they have no interest in? Australia is the greatest country on earth I think and if Australian Rules Football is our countries code and no other country pays it any attention .... that’s fine by me. We have the best of everything :)

I am still can’t see where England has embraced Rugby league:
Super league Rnd 25 total 46872. Average 7812
Championship Rnd 23 11734 Ave 1896

NRL + SL + Ch total 175693

AFL Rnd 22 total 323,050 and it wasn’t a great attendance for AFL.

As said by others, I don’t think the majority of AFL fans have any “feelings” at all about Australian Rules not being played professionally in England , but it appears not many English care about chuckball in England.

Yes, seems they champion the figures in England yet lambast the figures for AFL in Sydney.

UK Superleague Final
AFL couldn't get a crowd like this in the UK if they gave the tickets away

While AFL exhibition matches were cancelled early due to no interest in New Zealand.

Samoa vs Tonga sold out in New Zealand last time they played.

AFL = ONE NATION LEMON

When there was only one rugby the rugby establishment banned the colonial game where they could because they FEARED the colonial game. RU clubs like the famous Waratah RFC were flipping over to Aussie Rules. The English establishment feared that Aussie Rules would take over their precious rugby. In the meantime soccer took over from rugby.

The English never took to rugby in a big way like soccer and rl even less. Now you have the situation where American Football viewing has surpassed rl viewing on the BBC and registrations for American Football are significant.

Let's face it, rugby is not popular. The biggest country where rugby dominates is N.Z. with a population of 4.5 million. Australians rejected rugby and created Australian Football. North Americans rejected rugby and created both Canadian and American Football. Even the English rejected rugby to a large degree. Then the people who played rugby rejected the original game and invented an even less popular game.
