the aflol flogs 50K off to corporates, theres about 30K for the 2 competing clubs ( members ) & the rest to the public
This has nothing to do with the AFL clubs who are in it in 2024

The NRL prelim will be sold out by tomorrow afternoon , they'll be barely anything left by the end of today

I would hope the NRL prelims will sell out. Especially the Storm game which is on Friday in Melbourne, which also has a public holiday for the AFL GF parade.

It would be extremely embarrassing if they didn't sell out in their tiny 27,000 capacity stadium. But time will tell I guess.

No need to hope petey , no one will be embarrassed either .. they'll sell it out & the fact its a free hit down there on Friday will mean its sold out very quickly. It would have sold out regardless even up against another derpball final if there had been one on , Storm Prelims at AAMI always have in the past no matter what else was on.

The Storm had a prelim in 2009 vs the mighty Broncos at Etihad stadium ( the AFLs second stadium in Melbourne which holds 52,500) & only got 27,687.

How embarrassing is that.

15,000 would have been Broncos supporters also

Petey boy, lies don't cut it pal. There is no fumbleball on the front page of the Sydney Daily Telegraph. The back page is 9/10 Rugby League with a tiny fumbling pic.

The Courrier Mail's main back page story and pic is about the Brisbane Rugby League Grand Final. Yep, essentially a local 2nd grade comp trumps the Loons.

Norths Devils beating the Dolphins yesterday in the QRL GF dominated Brisbane sports news yesterday , now they have 2 weeks off to prepare for the interstate challenge on GF day against the winner of the NSWRL GF being played this Sunday , North Sydney V Newtown

Storm members snapped up their entire allocation of tickets ( 20K ) in 2 hrs this morning ... could have sold them every ticket if they'd been allowed to buy them ... Roosters allocation ( 5K) is pretty much all gone too

the remaining tickets (5K ish) go on sale tomorrow morning at 10am to anyone that wants them ... they will last
