Post the difference is the Wanderers have earned there success through hard work and graft. The Wanderers in a period of 3-4 years have clearly been embraced by those that love the world game in Western Sydney.

GWS have been given the best young AFL players all over the country and basically have still failed to make a mark..

Turn it up, I know Sydney FC fans who will tell you the Wanderers were set up and owned by the FFA with the express intention of being very successful on field from the get go, in order to increase the $$$ value team could be flogged off for a few seasons later.

They were given best talent available all paid for by the league. No years of struggle whilst developing talent like GWS had to endure.

When you see WSW crowds when they're not doing so well, you can understand why the A-league was so desperate to create instant success. Will end up like Melbourne Storm I suspect. Instant success however hardly embraced by the wider community, even decades later.

And that's why Hawthorne have won the past 3 GF's, in the last 10 years only 1 club has won from a non heartland state (2 GF's) only 1 club from WA (WC 1 GF) and the rest have been won by Victorian heartland clubs. In the last 11 years there have only been 3 appearances by a non heartland club) ( 3 appearances by WA clubs) and 16 appearances by Victorian heartland clubs for 8 GF's for Victorian clubs. Yep your right it is SOOOOO fixed against traditional clubs. 3 GF's by non heartland club (Melb), 6 appearences in GF by non heartland club ( Melb and Warriors). Yet you have only TWO non heartland clubs (Melb and Warriors) and the AFL 4 (Syd, GWS, GC, Bris). This year only Syd is a lock for finals and if the cards fall right GWS - you have 1 with Warriors looking unlikely - yep the AFL definitely compromised hahaha you just look pathetic and stupid!!!!
