you are ultimately responsible for what you take ..... you can't be forced to take something against your will
& if there is no dilligence on the individuals part to find out what is being offered , what they are being told to take
then the blame lies with the player

Agree, ASADA won't care. However if the players followed correct procedure and did everything they could to ensure the supplements were legal I'm not sure they deserve derision.

we're being told to take something .. & while we're being told its ok , its being injected into us & seems a bit dodge & so we're a bit wary

It apparently was endorsed by Bruce Reid, one of the most respected sports doctors in Australia. Add to that all the coaching staff. The consent apparently confirmed the supplements were checked against WADA policy. I would have thought that was due diligence. The only way I can see this going wrong is if Danks went rogue.

Thats the question isnt it Xman. Was Dank doing something dodgy to make himself look good. Essendon was on top of the ladder after about 8 or 9 rounds,which was quite suprising comsidering their injuries at that time and also many wouldnt consider them to be the most talented list(quite subjective).
Another consideration is that Dank and Robinson were in on it together.
The least likely event would be that the whole team and club was involved.
The most likely is that the club will come up innocent IMO.
