Nowhere near full

Just the usual spin by fumblers when the two teams meet

Propaganda at its best
are you sure you want to talk crowd figures after what the nrl have produced in Sydney this weekend?
What don't you understand?
We are not the ones spruiking SELLOUT
SELLOUT

If you big note or believe the propaganda then expect to cop shit when as usual it is wrong

Will that game be the biggest crowd in Syd this long weekend lol.
so an article claimed it was a sellout. It could well have been for public seating. Doesnt change the fact that the crowd again makes the NRL look like an amateur league in its own heartland

Yeah the State of Origin period has typically been known to draw huge crowds....

Cherry Picking one crowd against the Swans each year and using that as a basis for your argument is going to get you into trouble swines.

38203 Greater Western Sydney v Sydney Stadium Australia R1,2012
23690 Greater Western Sydney v Sydney Stadium Australia R1,2013
19507 Greater Western Sydney v Sydney Sydney Showground R21,2015

Look at that, you have a winning team and still below home attendances from years ago. =D> =D>

theyve only been winning this year really, and their home crowd was an increase on last year.

The Giants are embarrassing the NRL in its own homeland

Oh I guess your now going to put all your faith in Cronulla getting a bigger crowd - since St.George v Canterbury couldn't do it (20153!!!!). So again the biggest crowd of the round goes to GWS!!!! How embarrassing!

Pretty bad for a hyped derby, maybe most of Sydney just don't care for AFL

It was apparently sold out and looked pretty full. Not sure you can do much more than that. How was it reported in the major papers ?

Not really ground only 24000 (with crickey only holding 21500). So 1500 short of capacity has to be regarded as a success. With Swans members being away fans and considering RL didn't match the crowd you'd have to regard it as a win for the AFL!

I will give you the win..

seeing that this Clash of the 2 Sydney teams was played at ANZ stadium.. next door.
has been moved to a smaller stadium ( are we going backwards or forwards)

or does it just prove how pathetic the ANZ stadium venue is ...
