Again, I haven't googled. What level of RL did this bloke play anyway.
As I said, I'm sure Ricky Ponting played AFL in his day and he is a world champ. I'm sure other Australian cricketers have played AFL as well.

I haven't looked but surely you could google to find out? As I said - I am sure there are plenty of cricketers in the world cup squad who played Aussie rules at some point in their life. If you want to know why don't you google it? This is your specialty surely. Then you can say there are none if that is the case?

I did look up Ricky Ponting as captures my interest. Seems he was a gun footballer playing under 17s as a 13 year old apparently and if not for a serious injury may have been placed in the position of choosing between an AFL career and cricket. Interesting how our cards lie isn’t it ... sliding doors type stuff. Thinking he did well to have yo focus on cricket ... being a multi millionaire and all from it. There you go, learn something everyday.
Now crapper have you done your search yet ... google is your friend.

He played local rl?
Geez I think anyone who lives outside nsw or qld would have played some footy .. aussie rules. Search your archives maybe.
I’m sure there’s a basketball' players in the b who played aussie rules.
I really should pay more attention... so a guy who played in a local club in NZ .... really ... so if a bloke playing for the mid Gippsland ones quit at 21 and went on to do something else we would credit his country football ... omg. And seriously .... how did you come across this article .... alerts on the computer down in the war room ... you poor bugger lol. I’m thinking this is a consuming hobby you have here crapper. I’m glad you have a hobby I guess but maybe get out. Exercise is also good for the soul... maybe take up masters AFL ... I hear it’s a growing sport across your way.
