The Easter non-tv ratings period fuckstick. Why do you think shows like MKR and The Block are not on this week? FFS, how dumb are you leaguies?

Do a bit of research before posting dumbarse.

The television networks are set to hit the pause button on some of our highest-rating shows over the Easter break in an attempt to save their juiciest episodes and capitalise on advertising dollars.
While this is nothing new — free-to-air networks traditionally rest their key programs over non-ratings periods
“There are a few reasons [why the networks rest their big shows] — and yes, they do always do it — the main reason is audience, a lot of people go away over Easter and sometimes school holidays coincide with Easter.
“The other reason of course is from an advertising point of view, because your audience declines over the Easter period and the programming quality declines. It’s a period when advertisers will say ‘we won’t advertise over Easter, we’ll come back afterwards.’ So from a dollars perspective, it makes sense,” Mr Bucklow explained.

Bahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaha
They save them you dickhead because a lot of people go away during this time and they don't want to hurt their own ratings esp for high rating shows. It's not like they can make good Friday fall on the same day each year eh?
Hang on?
The only day that lands on the same day each year, what a fraud these so called Christians are.
I believe in God and Jesus, but I know his death wasn't a Friday and I know it doesn't fall on a Friday each year, all you have to do is read the bible, it tells you what day it is each year.
It goes on the old Jewish calender and the date is Nisan 14 each and every year and has been for 2015 years, it happens to fall on the brand new full moon each year, this year it's a blood moon which happens to be the 3rd in a Te-trad (look it up).

Re: season opening crowds AFL v NRL
What are you on about now dumbarse? Seriously, you said it yourself, people go away during this time and are not watching tv... hence the networks having a break from normal programming, tv ratings are down and this time of year is considered a non-tv ratings period. WTF is with your post above.ParraEelsNRL wrote:Bahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaha

Re: season opening crowds AFL v NRL
wow, youre fucking dense! The NRL got way less than their grounds capacity. They could have played in a stadium for 200k and still had less than half the AFLs opening crowd.Raiderdave wrote:NlolRL wrote:but but butRaiderdave wrote:![]()

Neither games were sellouts so the ground capacity is irrelevant. The AFL got over double the biggest NRL crowd drawer in both code's opening games

Re: season opening crowds AFL v NRL
the venue size is only significant if the game sells out, which neither did. Twice the city size? There are 9 AFL teams in Melbourne, compared to one NRL team in Brisbane you moron!Raiderdave wrote:NlolRL wrote:youre comparing the suns, a recent expansion team, to the biggest nrl club in Australia? so whats todays excuse? Public holiday, 2 big NRL teams from Sydney, both doing well, and 40k. Last night we had two big AFL teams from Melbourne who could both miss the 8 this year, and 83k.
excuses?
