Read the article I linked. Hirdy told em. Inject them players with all ya got! He said after first telling them - inject me first alright!

Melatonin, hexarelan, pigs brains the list goes on!

How on earth could such an insecure, sexually challenged, inject-a-tan freak become a head coach of one of the largest clubs in Melbourne town? :? How??

LOOSE AS I tells ya! The AFL's LOOOOOOOOSE AS!!! :_<> :\: :_<>

so it wasnt the doctor now? Wow, make your mind up! :_<>

Dank claims Hird asked if he could give players the same drugs, and Dank said no.

So you think Dank is telling the truth now? Cool. Dank also said nothing dangerous or banned was used! :)))

Hirdy ordered all kindsa shit get injected into his players. He didn't even know what the drugs were half the time but he still tried em on himself first

And this guy got the nod for the top job?

LOOOOOOSE AS!!!

Atleast he was punished so perhaps something is rumbling within the AFL institution to tighten this loose organisation up a bit. You think?

Wrong again!
In emails allegedly sent to Dank on January 15, 2012 (published in Friday's Herald Sun but have not been verified by AFL.com.au), Hird states that any supplement given to players "must not harm the player" and "must not be illegal (according to WADA and AFL drug guidelines)".

''Allegedly'' Essendon were hilarious in the whole debacle. The lengths they went to cover their own hides was both amusing, shameful and lowered the AFLs credibility. Hird shoulda been kicked out on his arse at the beginning of the season, instead the selfish club, including hird held on and on to the bitter end, disappointing all and sundry, apart from folk like raiderdave who found it highly amusing and rightly so.

Hird said do whatever it takes. He personified this immoral position through taking the drugs himself. He should be banished for good!

Xman? It seems ya got a case of goldenboyitis mate?? You ok? Look I know it was a tough season last season. In fact it was as shit as it could get thanks to hirdy and co. But Xman, you gotta realise this and move on mate. Hirdys a dirty drug fiend with some sort of sexual disorder. He shouldn't ever have been coach and if he hadn't you coulda been GF bound last year. You gotsta own up and accept the man who you admired for a decade during his playing years is a filthy cheat, and a druggo with a self perception complex.

I mean, even Essendon punished the ***** Xman  He and others in the club, along with the AFLs lack of employment policy, are fukkin looooooooooOOOOOOooooooose as! Just ask the premiership winning hawthorn coach. You can open your eyes now xman, the worst of it seems to be over :(/

I couldnt care less if Hird coaches. Personally I'm happy with a highly succesful coach in Thompson taking over, so either way I'm tickled pink.

I'm just happy to refute your ridiculous claims that Hird injected palyers or forced the club doctor to. All proven as BS and embarrasing for you :thumbleft:

All Hird specified is a cutting edge program using safe and compliant substances.

:(/ Folks keep your distance. This blokes got the worst case of goldenboyitis I've ever seen!

But back to the serious real debate. I think this lil piccie sums up why the AFL should not be so loose an institution as it is.
