I think some have confused aflc with dave. Dave is the only one I know who claims AFL has minimal interest north of the Murray ... In fact he claims AFL is only big in Melbourne??? Dave is the only one stupid enough to say such things although I am prepared to stand corrected. Also, making things up isn't contained to some AFL people on here, Dave constantly makes things up from fresh air and eels constantly goes on about double counting on pay yet can't explain how that works. Dave the same.

Some elaborate system explanation I think, NRLC. And it will show how little he knows about IP's and how they work and what they reveal. If AFLC was really in Queensland at any point throughout the presence of that account at least a handful would resolve to Queensland. None of them do.

So Detective BRAIN .says I know little of IPs ..that is true.
Sad fact is ,he knows very little.

Whilst you will always connect to a mobile tower in the town you are in, that tower will then connect to a server to get you onto the internet. This server could be located anywhere in the country, be it Perth, Sydney, Canberra, etc. However that said, the IP address will always be based in Australia, it is just not city-specific. This of course would be a different case if you were using a DSL/fixed cable internet service.

Sadly there are a lot of confused/deluded & outright liars on here.(You are not in that category).

My detective work was right in terms of the issue if not your actual location and the suspicions at the time were correct. Now back on topic just briefly - do you now accept that there is a substantial presence of AFL north of the Murray? Well actually north of the Barassi line as I indicated.
