Some elaborate system explanation I think, NRLC. And it will show how little he knows about IP's and how they work and what they reveal. If AFLC was really in Queensland at any point throughout the presence of that account at least a handful would resolve to Queensland. None of them do.

So Detective BRAIN .says I know little of IPs ..that is true.
Sad fact is ,he knows very little.

This server could be located anywhere in the country, be it Perth, Sydney, Canberra, etc. However that said, the IP address will always be based in Australia, it is just not city-specific. This of course would be a different case if you were using a DSL/fixed cable internet service.
