so in 2010 we had 22 games out of 176 in expansion states
in 2011 ...33 out of 187
& in 2012 44 out of 198



so
154 games in VIC , WA , SA .. TAS & NT
in all 3 years


and the number of fans increased in the expansion states
&
the number didn't decrease in the heartland

but somewhere ... 360,000 fans went missing

Thankyou for supporting the facts with links soccerfan4ever. So NRL is increasing crowd number for the last few years, whilst AFL is on the decline, with the exception of the first 3 rounds of this year. Yep that is true. Thanks for pointing it out with links. I have been sucked into this myself by a AFL fan to a Brisbane game. You have got to go to a game to appreciate it he says, you have got to see what is going on in back play to appreciate it he say, yeh I was so impressed, I never went again. If the game is more interesting because of what goes on off the ball, then that prooves alot to me about your game. If you have to convince people to go to a game, so do that.

Why doggiestyle is it ALWAYS bumsniffers telling people that like and support AFL that their mistaken in their love of their sport, that they have really have been conned into following the sport, that Andrew Demetrio has brain washed us. You have pushed your head up some guys arse one two many times. Maybe the game dosn't suit you, maybe your just can't understand anything but the simplest of concepts - hence your preferance for guys packing each other in a scrum. But you obviously don't know what ur talking about - AFL or AF is played in EVERY state and territory in Australia. They get massive crowds in WA, SA and capacity crowds at Launceston and Hobart in Tas, what You say might work for one game but don't tell me that 14 people are selected to go along with one legitimate fan, that wouldn't last pass round 1. You are obviously a very Narcissistic person who believes the world revolves around you - your experiences are not necessarily something that is the norm and to quote iit as the norm shows to us what a blithering imbecile you are.
