It should not matter what he is worth, if he wants to play for the Eels and take a salary cut for the first year so be it. The ARLC should not be allowed to stop a player from signing for less money and having the Deal back ended. The Dragons did it why not Parra, if the ARLC block this then Parra need to ask the question why its okay for other clubs and not us.
