Teams in 5 states ...not national ...Aust is more than 5 states
NRL teams in 3 states & one territory ...not national ..
Hope I cleared that up for you

I think anyone can transplant a team. I think it is better to look at whether the game is played at lower levels such as juniors and local clubs. If we compare Aussie rules and rl Aussie rules in their two heartlands and compare the other code. A brief look on google will show a hell of a lot of AFL clubs and various leagues. Western Sydney even has its own league. Now compare that to rl in Victoria.
then if you compare how many people from nsw play at the highest level in the AFL that were born and bred in nsw coming up through the local system to how many born and bread Victorians who came up through the local system playing at the highest level in the nrl I would imagine there would be a big difference.
For this reason I would say Aussie rules football is far more national then rl.

I'm pretty sure tassie doesn't and are you sure s.a does? Maybe they do but compare s.a rl to Aussie rules in act.

I had a quick look . Better than I thought actually.
There are five senior clubs and six junior clubs located around Adelaide. Competitions are run from Under 7s through to First Grade. And that is just Adelaide

well its the NRLOL that calls it self the national rugby league.
the AFL at least takes it self to all around the country, unlike the NationalRLOL does

AR at least has strong leagues all up the East coast & well supported! as for the NRLOL out side of its heart lands, league is still known as the game for hopparti tried to make his fingers disappear up the blokes

You got caught out lying .
Why are you avoiding this thread .
You like a few of your fumbler mates have massive issues telling the truth .
Now is it at all possible to post some proof of the above bullshot .
Or do you just keep running...the usual fumble ploy on here .
Wookie .
Is it at all possible for those fumblers who lie .....to actually address their post or put up a source .
It's the main reason threads get clogged up .
It's worse when the owner of the site Also has problems with the truth .
You want an NRl moderator on here I'll do it .
As long as posts that are crap can be either deleted or highlighted as bullshit .
I'll be a busy boy .
Oh & Bea can you tell me how 60k is nearly 70 k .
Lol its like a contagious disease with you mob .
The bullshit is catching .

Happy to admit it was an honest mistake with the ANZ crowd figure. Sellouts at the SCG remains a fact though.
As for an NRL moderator, Wookie and I are both all for it and we've long wanted an NRL moderator after MarkZZZ ceased undertaking that role. Who is the best person for the role though? You AFLcrap1? Hmm, not so sure. Even your username suggests a bias. I was thinking ParraEels or pussycat. Just my thoughts though. Open to suggestions from everyone, particularly Wookie.

Been asking for suggestions for an NRL mod in the top sticky on the board. No responses yet.
Sadly that's long been the case even before the sticky thread. Just on my suggestions, I think ParraEels is good value and has a very good knowledge of RL domestically and internationally from what I've been able to gather over the years of seeing him post here, at BF and LU. pussycat seems pretty reasonable most of the time too. Just my 2 cents worth.
