more racism in League
Re: more racism in League
How many of the Aboriginal players come from the remote communities in the Northern Territory?

Don't know .Cracker wrote:How many of the Aboriginal players come from the remote communities in the Northern Territory?
BUT that is not what Beaussie stated ..
Here try to comprehend just for once what is written.
Can you point us to any programs the NRL is undertaking with regards to the recruitment of Indigenous footballers? The NRL appears more focused on the promotion of players from pacific islander heritage taking up and dominating all levels of the game. Sad don't you think
He was having a shot at the NRL
I just pointed out as he asked what they were doing..

Re: more racism in League
And you pointed out something that only began this year. It didn't really answer the point. It is certainly the case that most of the big men are Pacific Islanders, because they are naturals for the game. I am just clarifying the matter.

Remote communities could be considered AFL heartland. Thus why one would think more players would make it from these areas to the AFL. If there was a team in Darwin things'd be easier for the remote mob.

Re: more racism in League
No it wouldn't. It would make no difference.
Yes it is AFL heartland, but the AFL can not penetrate it without threatening the communities existence and they know it. You do not.

Nah you're wrong cwacker. A team in the territory would make a substantial difference. It'd make footy physically and culturally more accessible to remote communities across nt. You just don't understand Aussie geography nor culture, that's ok I forgive you now my son

What are you trying to say dear cwacker? I'm in favour of a team in darwin.

Re: more racism in League
I'm saying that you want all the Aborigines to play for the Darwin based team. That would undermine the draft.

Hey dickhead. Do you get off on saying what you think other people want without a skerrick of actual proof? Delete your post knob brain. I never said anything that would suggest I "want all Aborigines to play for the Darwin team". Quote where I said it or delete your infactual shmack post.Cracker wrote:I'm saying that you want all the Aborigines to play for the Darwin based team. That would undermine the draft.
No. You won't do that because you're a brain dead moron of the highest order. Beaussie, prob best not to install this piece of turd as a mod. Id also be doing a location check on his ISP and matching it up with lg.
Just because I argue a better point and include better knowledge than yourself cracker, doesn't mean ya gotta go make shite up. How very very lame.

I pity you. I really do.

You said;
But that can only work if ALL the Aboriginal players played for that team. Otherwise we are back to the old problem again, for which the AFL draft would be responsible. So make up your mind which policy you are for. Undermining the AFL draft, or breaking up communities. Both are unacceptable.
Forgetting for the moment that a team in Darwin would still break up the communties around Alice Springs anyway.
Translation: A team in Darwin/NT would overcome the issue of breaking up communities that I mentioned.A team in the territory would make a substantial difference. It'd make footy physically and culturally more accessible to remote communities across nt.

I have deleted nothing from this thread. You never even responded until now, and you completely avoided my points preferring to (within the guidelines) mock my thought patterns. That indicates very strongly that you have not won.
