Seems that throughout all grades there's teams at the top who are far and away waaaaaay better than the rest. Ofcourse the teams at the top should be better than say a team coming 5th. But in my experience the teams at the top of divisions are belting the 5th place sides, in many cases by almost 200points.
Is it the way teams are sorted in the divisions? Poor management???
