Re: On top but Titans Can't Pull a Crowd
I think you'll find two things... 1. When I go they are listed side by side and 2. Websites of papers link a lot of stories. Is that all you got crapper. Try reading the paper.
In front of me now is today courier mail .. Dominated by the aus rl side selections on back page. Second last page, on benji blowing it in ru. Third last page is AFL ... 3/4 on lions possible future home in Springfield and the rest split between an article on k hunt and staph infections and a small peice on the rising star. Nest page is soccer. Next is rl and gilettes call up (whoever he is). Next big article on Greg ingles and small bit about nrl boss mistake re names, then next page union, the next page various other sports. The next page racing. So that's the courier mail today. And Brisbane is by far more rl dominated than the Gold Coast .

Re: On top but Titans Can't Pull a Crowd
so in terms of big-drawing games remaining, the Titans have (last year's crowd in brackets):
South Sydney (20,392), the Warriors (15,786), Storm, (13,044) Bulldogs (14,344 in 2012) and Parramatta (12,047).
The Suns have the following big games remaining:
Geelong (15,824 in 2012), Collingwood (19,721), and the Eagles, whom they've never played at home.
With both sides firing on the field (the Titans especially) it will be interesting to see if the people on the Coast really have just been waiting for success to get off their buns and get to matches.
