Because Canterbury salary cap cheating, Melbourne Storm salary cap issues, News Ltds conflicts of interest being the owner and broadcaster (and subsequent favoritism of the Broncos on tv) and premierships by both salary cap cheats and Super league are all things that never caused any strife to Rugby League right. Damn, you people are hypocrites of the highest order sometimes. Lets not forget you guys couldnt even operate a draft properly and then shit yourselves when it went to court.

Its all very well to criticise AFL expansion policy...but at least they HAVE expanded without relying on the rich and famous to bankroll them in recent times.

Yeh we have had salary cap scandals...I believe the AFL has had some too.

But now when a team runs onto the field in an NRL game they are all on level playing fields
All have the same amount to spend on players.
