Stalking is any act or conduct that places someone in fear and apprehension - there MUST be a course of conduct so generally a one off act will be insufficient - motive is taken into account as well as the general circumstances and the subjective reasonable person test is applied - considering all the garbage and accusations that AFLCRAPPER goes on with and his insulting and derogatory manner he usually displays - can't be said he is in fear or apprehension - hasn't stopped him getting on here - I would say without doubt it is not stalking!
