I'm not going away until you answer a simple question that you started with your disputation.
Here is are some simple question for you cos, that might help you go away and stop spamming Cracker about the so called NZ AFL
1) How many players are actually on the field when a true AFL game is played? :-k
2) If a competition is played with less than the number of players in the official AFL AU competition, is it AFL? :-k
3) Is AFL a contact sport? :-k
4) If yes, would you consider touch or tag competitions to be AFL? :-k
5) Do you consider a 9's competition to be AFL? :-k
6) Is AFL played on an Oval field? :-k
7) If it is played on a Oval field, would you consider it to be AFL? :-k
8) Do AFL posts have a crossbar? :-k
9) If no, when a game is played on a field with one, would you consider that to be AFL? :-k
10) Are you sure this is not just Victorian Expats playing touch 9's competition that is loosely aligned to AFL in NZ? :-k
I'm asking crackpot if he believes AF is played in NZ.

I'll gladly answer you questions and discuss what level AF is played in NZ.
But if a team can supply a team to the International Cup, have multiple leagues, many teams, junior programs and whatever then surely it
that country can be deemed to have people that play Australian Football.
Don't you agree.
So AF is played in NZ but crackpot is silent on the manner.
Cos, I personally willing to accept AFL is played in NZ in a small capacity. It is now your turn to now accept that Touch Football, our 9's competition, international games and SOO is NRL and RL.

So let it be heard that Cos and Swans4ever from his post above accept the above and will say another thing in regards to these forms of NRL in the Tv ratings thread, Attendance threads, participation thread, in fact any threads.

As you pointed out yesterday.
The fumblers like to count 9s,or any variation of their game as legitimate.
Then they stamp their feet & bitch when RL counts NRL touch players in their numbers..
The same with Ausfumble.

Aussie Rules includes the full game and AFL 9's. Nothing else.

Rugby League includes the full game and NRL 9's. Nothing else.

You did read the rules on the website right crackers. Alot of these 9's comps are touch AFL, equivalent of touch footy for league.

The NZAFL website shows that Australian Football is played NZ.
It seems that other variants of Australian football are played in NZ.
This is very common in lots of countries.
Again, you guys cannot get past that Australian Football is played in other countries
and that prevents discussion moving on to more meaninful subject of what level.
I have seen the number of countries playing Australian Football increasing which is good
but more importantly are the developments happenning in a few particular countries.

It is quite easy to accept that countries that compete in the International Cup do play Australian Football.
the player elligibility is quite strict and the games are played "traditionally".
Can you accept IC countries.
Simple question.

In regard to your question as to what constitutes playing AFL. That's easy.
Having played AFL.
What constitutes playing Australian Football is something else.
Look at KE, he reckons he plays football and the closet he's been is a keyboard.
Nice try Cos.

You did read the rules on the website right crackers. Alot of these 9's comps are touch AFL, equivalent of touch footy for league.
Normally that shows how widespread football is. The more football variants you have the more developed football has become.
NZ seems to have a full range of Australoian Football like other strong Australian Football playing countries.
Nice try Cos.

Incorrect. There are a lot more rules in AFL 9's that are the same as Aussie Rules. This is not the case between rugby league and touch football.

Yes, AF and now AFL is played in NZ. Good to hear.

I accept rl is played in the nrl and rl SOO just as AF is played in the AFL and AF SOO.
I accept rl is played overseas at differing levels in much the same way as AF is played overseas at differing levels.
I imagine rl 9s is like rl but much much more open unlike AF 9s which is proportionally similar to 18-a-side AF.
International games of rl seem to be rl just as most international games of AF are 18-a-side.
Touch Footy seems to be far removed from rl but Auskick is modified AF depending on age.
Touch footy like recreational forms of AF are mainly for recreation though sometimes taken very seriously.
Nice try Cos.

Jesus H fuck .
How delusional are you .

RL is played OS at pro & semi pro levels.
AFL has not got past amateur level anywhere outside OZ.

& as for touch footy..

It is nothing like you describe..

there is state championships.
International games.

Don't have an issue with touch being included but just to correct it's rugby league not NRL and it's Australian Football not AFL - if your saying what constitutes a sport then use the sports names not the major sporting comp.

I am quoting this for it's accuracy. I haven't kept track but I believe that England and France are semi professional at least. England could be fully professional but I am not 100 percent certain of it as I have not followed it closely.
