It's basic law that a friend of mine faced when he sued for the same thing and won. And there are apparently many precedents also.

TLPG's credibility has fallen a little with this action he claims to have taken. NRLCrap1 was right. ASADA wouldn't worry about a small forum such as this. Whether or not there was interference will not really be known until ASADA present their report.

I'm not certain, but I think there is a difference between an individual and a corporation with regard to damage. I obviously can't comment on company damage, and I can only go on my friend's case with the individual damage.
