With a poker machine addiction now embedded in the finances of AFL clubs, it is legitimate to question the league's self-proclaimed role as a champion of social responsibility.

Certainly, some people believe football's link with the pokies is damaging the community from which it draws its millions of supporters.

This week The Age reported that the 1317 poker machines in nine Victorian AFL clubs last year drained $85 million from the pockets of customers, a good proportion of whom are football fans. They would also make up a fair swag of the gambling addicts who, according to the voice of the anti-pokies movement and World Vision CEO, Tim Costello, contribute 40 per cent of this revenue.

AFL clubs have ignored an offer to help them get out of poker machines.

Victorian clubs instead are increasing their reliance on pokies cash.

It is now 19 months since AFL boss Andrew Demetriou said clubs had shown an interest in selling machines.

The league was "prepared to open the batting on being the intermediary for them", Demetriou said.

None of these are facts, King Eliagh. Beaussie has stated that you "uttered absolute rubbish" when making the claim about TLPG's moderator status and you have not presented proof to the contrary. The same applies to your third claim. TLPG has established the stand of the owner of this website in his own words. You have not.

And a small correction. The NTFL consists of eight clubs and none of them are in Mparntwe/Alice Springs. All of them except for the Tiwi Bombers are based in Darwin.

Alright I've suggested what I think was the true answer and I now know for real that it is.

Finally we got to the truth. LG I suggest you acknowledge the full story instead of trying to make it look like you were innocent. You were guilty of a dictatorship over the FC. You held ur badge like a weapon and punished us all for nothing. Now admit the truth re handing in your badge and lets get onto the important issue of settling how long you should be banned for posting private details of aflcrap1.

I'll just clarify this once and for all. And this is in retrospect I should point out.

KE has finally admitted that I handed my badge in voluntarily. Mark should as well. KE however has insinuated that I was intentionally pushed into a corner and I was left with no choice.

Let's out this into perspective. This corner was NOT created by Beau. That's the key. It was created by Mark - he intended to chase me out and at the time he was successful. I made accusations of defamation in that he accused me of lying over two specific matters which I did not. One was a crowd fight that took place at Bruce Stadium in March 1997 (the year of Super League), and the other was the goal posts being stolen multiple times in Bega. The second one was heresay that I was given while I was at the Sapphire Coast AFL grand final in Pambula when I enquired as to why there wasn't an AFL team in Bega (this has since been rectified as Bega now have a team and good for them). But the first one I witnessed personally and so did the then president of the Canberra Umpires who emailed Beau to confirm the story AND the instruction from Raiders security to gag it to protect the Super League's integrity. I was angry and Mark's language at the time was keyed with one aim in mind once he knew I was after his badge - he wanted me out.

He was successful in this undertaking when Beau refused my request. But any claim that Beau was a part of this is BS.

Once I calmed down enough I realised that I let the bastard (Mark) win and that's why I changed my mind and came back. This time I'm not going to be driven out again. I also realised that the defamation accusation couldn't hold (at the time I made that accusation I thought the defamtation net was wider than it actually is - that came to light as I prepared to win my most recent legal victory in late January 2013). But that doesn't make Mark's behaviour right. It makes it wrong. Very wrong. It's bullying of the worst kind.

And giving you permission to display these "emails" would further that bullying - so the answer is NO! I have said all that needs to be said and matter is now is the hands of Beau when he has time to return. Yes I have PMed him about this and I'll leave that there.
