Well nothing has been proven against him and in this country (not some nazi wonderland you dream of) your INNOCENT until proven guilty not tried in the media or the court of public opinion - I wouldn't trust ANYONES word that accepts money - for all you know it could have been a decision to avoid public intrusion into his life rather than an admission of guilt - but I'm not going to argue with you on this there's PLENTY of footballers in both codes who have faced court on any numbers of crimes - but pointing at one code with some moralistic attitude just makes you look stupid and in the gutter!

What are you talking about? You mentioned Micky O to make some slur to me if you weren't trying to infer that this proves he is a rapist then what is - then when I respond you squeal and say "it's you nasty AF followers it wasn't me". FFS grow up withdraw your comment and let us speak no more of individuals in sport as a reflection of the sport in general. I defend Micky O ONLY because everyone is entitled to be presumed innocent until proven guilty - maybe not an important concept to you but IMO a fundamental right in this great land! Absolutely well said, Swans4ever. I came here to debate passionately from a neutral standpoint as I support both codes and will criticise both codes and laud them where and when the need arises. If people here demonstrate a lack of common respect I shall call them on that as well. Both codes have rotten apples that spoil the barrel in a number of different ways, both amongst playing lists and amongst supporters.
