I don't how but possibly Oztam , say that each seperate program can be counted because each has its own unique signal. Doesn't Foxtel take Ch 7 feed? maybe, anyrate 12,3,5,6 not bad, eh!

They count ratings for each channel. If someone watches ch7 through Fox this doesn't count as a rating for fox footy. Only those watching FTA with a ratings box get counted. If these people watch fox instead they aren't counted as watching FTA.

Double counting is excuse making at its funniest.
