All of QLD is RL heartland really. 3 pro teams to two. The pro RL teams are looking much more sustainable than the basketcase AFL sides. SOO is...just mammoth. Alls lookin well up there.

I think we should stick to the topic here also. This thread is about the VFL/AFL imploding financially. Brissie? Big troubie. GCS? Well their performance shows us they're not looking much better. It's sad. Don't you think cwapper?

there are 82,000 registered Rugby League Players in QLD total
most in SE QLD

plus
Rugby League is the most watched game in QLD by the length of the straight at eagle farm
905K watched the first Origin in Brisbane alone last year & more then 1.5 Million Qlders watched it all up
the Broncos crush all other professional sports teams in QLD for interest averaging 5 times more then their nearest rival for veiwers on TV
& is the nations most cash rich professional sports team .. bar none

only a ret.ard would think any other sport other then Rugby League is not numb one.... by a mile... in QLD from the Tweed river
to the cape York Peninsula
