The Future for Wallace

Post by Beaussie »

Really what has this bloke achieved since taking the reigns of Richmond?

A 115 point thrashing last night and you have to wonder are his days at the Tigers numbered. I realise it is only round 1, but still, can he turn things around? Certainly not a good start to the season.

Oh and how wierd is it seeing the Western Bulldogs on top of the ladder?

What about Williams?

The Swans do traditionally start slow, it didn't however stop us winning the flag last season. :P

Anyway your boys from Alberton will get a football lesson this Sunday at the SCG. Watch the wheels of the Port bandwagon fall off. Oh and only 27,000 last night for Port's first home game. Same old, same old piss poor crowds.

Yeah good point Pickles. I think I read somewhere he signed a 5yr contract. Still doesn't mean they can't sack him and just pay out his contract. They're struggling a bit financially though aren't they? Perhaps paying his contract out isn't an option if things don't improve. Doesn't look like a good season ahead for Tigers supporters.

I don't think we can really base there season on this one game, especially against a very fired up Bulldogs side. Yes, Richmond were shocking.. but if they can produce some good footy then who knows.

I personally don't think they'll get anywhere once again, but i've seen them play well.. it's all in the mind for the Tigers.
