I suspect it is a ploy to deflect from the embarrassment the VFL & fumblers are feeling ATM about the prospect of their code coming 5th in the big game dept in 2013

Sorry how many 100k crowds did the NRL get this year? None I hear oh dear in fact the highest was 84k oh dear we got 5 higher than that - and their game was out watched by AFL on TV have half the membership AND the biggest club in Sydney is an AFL side - oh dear! Yes it does beggar belief now go back to dreaming!
