Lets not get too carried away Be. Still only pre season I'd much rather be there in September. Good thing for us was no Roo, Bassett, Hart, Torney or Clarke. Unfortunate thing for Port is they have to continue to cover losses from previous years, I think they will continue to struggle without R James and J Carr, ball winners. Bring on the Hawks!!

True that it is still only the pre season and September is all that really matters, but even you I imagine wouldn't have expected such a thrashing. Anyway I was just trying to stir Grim as he always gives me crap about the Swans. :x

How do you honestly think Port will go this season? Top 8?

Well done one mullet team against the other, but the real footy story was the Western Derby (pronounced d e r b y ) where the so far underachievers finally got their crap together & showed what they could do depite the green maggots.
All was done without Pav.
Looking good, even though only preseason.
bring on the galahs. maybe their alternate strip could be pink & grey
life is good. Freo forever!

Indeed, another thrashing over in the west. Good to see the Dockers get a good win against the Eagles. Scoreline was very similar to what happened in the derby in SA.

I think it could well be a very long year for the Eagles with all their off-field issues.

And I doubt the Dockers will have any problems with the Pies. It's a very long trip for a team that isn't used to travelling during the footy season (what is it, 4 games interstate during the H&A). Well here's hoping the Pies get thrashed anyway.

Port will struggle with the players they've lost but they still have a good spine to work with, but maybe not the strength of a top 8 team. Beachlover, the Dockers better do something this year or its bye bye Connolly. Dont take the pies too lightly, they beat a pretty much full strength St Kilda team. I want to say the Crows will smash Hawks which they should but they always have problems with them in Tassie. Going on pre season form, who knows who will be in top 8, should be a good close year again.

We were quite impressive, only pre-season, and is a time to work out the youngsters.

Port don't have the side for a top 8 team this year, even with those seven players back in.

Um no. Swans lost by 28 whilst the so-called Power went down by 72. Big difference. A real thrashing for your team.

Boof, the sooner chris cuddly departs the better. Losing the first 5 games may actually be the making of the club so a real coach can step in & actually get the most of our talented bunch.
cuddly's nickname is Minibus as he is 1/2 a coach.
