not sure where you can get official tv ratings figures from or companies that collect stats from the ratings but i found this off another site, its the tv rating of the bigger drawing clubs of the AFL, to be able to compare to the NRL would be interesting as to the likes of regular idiot posters like Raiderdave dave claiming NRL shits all over the AFL

After round 12, total FTA ratings are +1.5% and Fixtel +5%.

The big clubs are rating well with Essendon's return to the top 4 seeing it as the highest rating club by quite a margin and being involved in the top 4 highest ratings games in 2013. Though Collingwoid have had fewer FTA games contributing to their total so far. The big clubs, along with Sydney and Geelong are driving ratings forward so far.

Total FTA and Foxtel ratings cumulative in 2013.

1. Essendon - 9.15M
2. Collingwood - 8.26M
3. Geelong - 7.48M
4. Carlton - 7.085M
5. Richmond - 6.32M (1 less game counted due to bye)
6. St Kilda - 5.72M
7. Sydney - 5.606M
