Fox up 10% up to about 225k average, despite the simulcasting. Most of the shows are up by massive numbers.

No lol just trying to get a figure as to ratings in this country. Just seems that everytime a figure is mentioned someone pipes in with ... Yeah but regionals or what about tassie or whatever. I think the AFL are doing pretty well either way whether they get more ratings than nrl or not. Is there somewhere that just reports ratings overall for the country ?? Big footy has wookie present a table each week that had AFL ratings for all if aus. Is there an nrl equivilant. ?? Seriously, I just want to know ... Or is it too hard with each side claiming this that or the other ??

Try league unlimited TV rating thread. They post all of the figures, but I don't think they tally the results the way Wookie does.

I think that's the problem , there are so many ways to tely the results and everyone uses what suits them. For me, I think what the tv execs use is a good measure.

AFL ratings in 297k for fox, giving AFL a total for 1312k for Friday night nationally. Smashing.

& they never get ova 250K

Here is an example of a game over 300k a few weeks ago. Essendon v Geelong Friday night. 925,000 metro national FTA audience 1,237,000. Total regional audience 312,000.

ANZAC day was even bigger. Many regional audiences this year have been over 250k.

I'm not sure what figures there using, but going by mediaweeks figures for the 1st 8 weeks , the AFL's PayTV average is only 200k
