AFL ANZAC Day Clash

Post by King-Eliagh »

Dave's right again folks.

THe AFL pregame ANZAC day celebration is on right now and they've wheeled out scores of ex servicemen and women. All Aussies. Not one of them from New Zealand....Quite disrespectful to the tradition of the ANZACS [-X

What on earth is wrong with this organisation? Does anyone involved actually have a brain?

Time to take in the atmosphere, reflect and enjoy watching the game and being an Australian.
Later we can repeat the experience in Wellington New Zealand.
Not the time for politics.

.
Nice try Cos.

@MCG: .@SebCostello9 @AFL: We're up around 93,000 now - the third-highest attendance for a home and away game in VFL/AFL history.

Umpires need to give the pies about 3 goals to make up for those poor decisions in the third term.

I actually agree with those particular decisions but the umpires seem to see Collingwood infractions easier than Essendon infractions. Like how many times do they pay a push in the back when a player is taking a kick. Very selective it seems.
Nice try Cos.

Didn't know ess v Coll was being played at Wellington thought that was Syd v St's. Oh I should have known Assraiders *** hag just chimed in Queen-Eliagh - doesn't know what he's on about Anzac day not about honouring NZ but the fallen. Maybe he should learn to have an independent thought instead of regurgitating Assraiders comments. Good too see 20+ in Wellington!

I wouldn't know do you? I could see NZ serviceman doing the guard of honour. The NZ national anthem sang, great response from the crowd! What more could you ask? Seems you just want to find something to complain about!
