What do you expect people to buy more of? The cheapest 11 game ticket, or some corporate membership which is probably limited to 100 or so people anyway.

Hey you know that $2400 Sydney Roosters membership? Guess what, it's limited to the first 50 customers only! The Swans most expensive membership costing over $1100 is not capped, so they can sell way more than 50 and end up making more money from them than the Roosters will from their 50 people only $2400 membership.

With the info we have here is what each member spends at each club.( membership revenue/members)
NRL
Rabbits $168 per head
Dragons $138
AFL
Pies $222
Eagles $271
Bombers $195
Carl $195
Haw $152(over 10000 4 gme memberships in Tassie)
Cant find anymore numbers for the NRL as they hide them. The 2 I got were supplied by Roy Masters in his story about the NRL fudging membership numbers.
So there it is NRL cheap as and still no love. =D> =D> =D> =D>

They made the finals last year but bombed out first round and since their fans are used to success and them going deeper into the finals, a bad finals series is all it takes for their band wagoners to jump off. 31k was the lowest first home crowd of the year for them since 2004. Can you imagine the decline in crowds if they missed the finals in consecutive years? :o
