Unfortunately its a reality in society. However Goodes seems pretty pleased with the current situation and has certainly not described any recruiters agenda. Somehow I would say this would be a big issue if he had noticed it.

He inferred a racist scenario. He never said it was policy, opinion or agenda, only that without change situations might make it reality.
