It's a good question; why don't people tear seats up etc at Aussie Rules/Rugby League/Rugby Union games? Why only soccer matches? I've been furious at the footy before, but in a million years i'd never tear up a seat. Why does this special kind of anger only seem to befall soccer fans?

It's true, the fans are bored shitless by the so called game and their frustrations show when they riot. I went to a Sydney FC game this year and saw similar behaviour. Walked away looking at all the riot police shaking my head. Crap game.

All the incidents you showed are minor crowd disputes seen at many suburban game in any sport. Compare that to huge crowd riots, stabbings, vandalism, deaths, in numerous countries around the world!
