Oh wow! Proof that footy fans in Melbourne are vandals! So where again is TL's proof about the reverse in Bega?ParraEelsNRL wrote:Link isn't working now but this bit is all you need to see.

THEY couldn't find a ground, their goalposts were cut down, they faced opposition in the community, and yet Essendon District Rugby League ...![]()
I'll see if I can find the 3 reports, all of the links to the newspaper have been taken down but I did post all 3 in full somewhere.

As was rightly said to TLPG, why not buy new posts?Striker wrote:Oh wow! Proof that footy fans in Melbourne are vandals! So where again is TL's proof about the reverse in Bega?ParraEelsNRL wrote:Link isn't working now but this bit is all you need to see.

Well as the story said in the original article, they'd arrive at the ground on a weekend to play and the posts were cut down.
Now I don't know about you, but I'd be very surprised if there was a goal post shop around the corner selling Rugby posts in Victoria where they could all chip in to buy a new set of posts before carrying them back to the ground and putting them up 10 minutes before deciding which team was running North.
No offence, xman, but you really shouldn't allow Vatman or Thomas access to your computer, they're idiots.
