In fact why an AFL supporter would follow RL is beyond me. What's the attraction?
The NRL is light years behind the AFL in expansion. They have no substantial grassroots development in any AFL state.
In the 80's Vfl faced financial extinction unless they made changes. At the top of the list was expansion.
What about the Swans? .... a real success story
