You need to define basket case. So far you haven't. A competition can be more even overall but still have weak teams.

No i have to disagree. While parra is on the bottom of the table they have already won one game against a team who is certainly not a basketcase. And like last season unfortunately, they do not cop thrashings but are competitive with almost all the top teams for more than 3/4 of the match. GWS, GC Brissy and Melb are completely incomparable with the eels, the NRL's cellar dwellars. As ive said, those basketcases are in a league of their own! I've never seen anything like it in professional sport, that not one, not two but between 4-6 teams in the one professional comp just dont cut the mustard one bit. The shamful hidings they receive week in, week out...they simpl dont deserve to be there this season...or last really. Think about the mothers and partners of these players watching their boys go out getting thumped like toddlers, week in week out....yes thats right, week in....week out.
