2. Only challenged claims that are deemed appropriate by the TFC moderator will be entered into the BS file. Examples of inappropriate claims are: i. Predictions, ii. Clear personal opinions, iii. Issues that are impossible to prove, iv. Issues that are too big (eg: which is the bigger code)

Note the bolded area which you wrote yourself Xman. I'm sorry but this claim doesnt even belong here as it was clearly impossible to prove and disprove. TLPG has done a particularly poor job of disproving the claim. Well actually, he's done nothing.

Rubbish it's impossible to prove. They were either given the instruction or they weren't! If they were dave needs to show proof.

That clause is for broader issues of opinion, like which code is has the better looking female fans, or debates where there is no way of measuring quantity.

Dave could well have been privy to inside information and thus we have no proof but his word. Considering he's shown us all up on a number of occasions now i.e. GWS v Swans crowd attendance, closeness comparison of round 1 in both codes, Broncos/Lions memberships - I wouldnt put it past him that he knows what the swans were ordered.
